24 participants with mal de debarquement syndrome participated in an N-of-1 trial of anti-phase alpha, in-phase alpha, and gamma-phase control stimulation. Participants were treated with the individually selected best protocol for 10-12 sessions. Improvement in a visual analogue scale of symptoms pre to post stimulation are reported. In addition, change from baseline to 6 weeks post stimulation in the Dizziness Handicap Inventory, Mal de Debarquement Balance Rating Scale, and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale are reported.
