RefLnc

RefLnc houses a total of 77,900 human lncRNAs. Each lncRNA in the atlas is characterized by a panorama of sequence, expression and trait association. The genome-wide lncRNA expression is profiled based on a compendium of 14,166 RNA-Seq libraries from 30 physiological tissues, 18 tumors and two cell lines from two independent data sets.RefLnc 共计收录77900条人类长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA）。该参考图谱中的每一条lncRNA均从序列、表达模式与性状关联三个维度进行了全景式表征。全基因组水平的lncRNA表达谱构建基于两份独立数据集的14166个RNA测序（RNA-Seq）文库，这些文库的样本来源覆盖30种生理组织、18种肿瘤组织以及2种细胞系。
