Assessing the effect of social contact structure on the impact of pneumococcal conjugate vaccines

This project uses a deterministic, age-structured, Susceptible-Colonized transmission model to investigate the effect of social contact structure on the dynamics of vaccine impact and serotype replacement following pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCVs).
