Altered cervical microbiota of cervical cancer early screening patients in Sanmenxia Area of China

This data was screened for women in Sanmenxia, and a total of 276 samples were obtained. The samples were sequenced by 16S rDNA and 94 HPV positives were found. 1) There are 80 single infections, including 10 HPV-16 infections, 7 HPV-39 infections, 8 HPV-52 infections, 7 HPV-56 infections, 12 HPV-58 infections and 36 other subtype infections. 2) 14 were multi-infectious, of which 13 were multi-268 infections (52, 56 and 58 coinfections).
