Platelet aggregation was measured on PRP, the maximal intensity and lag lime are reported; platelet P-selectin exposure and GPVI dimerization (9E18 binding) were measured by flow cytometry in resting conditions or after activation by collagen. Statistical analysis (Wilcoxon rank-sum test) showed no difference between the two groups.
