This article examines the integration of strategic management and corporate governance systems in industrial enterprises and their impact on enterprise performance efficiency. The study analyzes the relationship between strategic management and corporate governance, the influence of digital transformation processes on management systems, and their role in increasing enterprise competitiveness. In addition, scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving management efficiency in industrial enterprises were developed.
