Leaf waste bio-composts composted using different microbial inoculum were analysed to identify the presence of beneficial and pathogenic fungi. Other organic waste bio-composts such as cow dung manure, kitchen waste compost, municipal organic waste compost, vermicompost, and neem cake compost were also analysed to identify the relative level of beneficial and pathogenic fungi in the samples.
