Gene expression profiling of corneal and limbal epithelial cells in young and aged mice

Using the K14CreERT2-Confetti transgenic mouse, we analyzed differential gene expression between Confetti+ and Confetti- cells in an attempt to uncover novel limbal epithelial stem cell markers Overall design: Confetti+ and Confetti- cells were isolated from the corneal epithelium of 6, 18 and 60-week-old mice, then sorted into 96-well plates and analyzed using scRNA sequencing. Please note that the raw data R2 mate file for the 'Corneolimbal, 60 week old, Confetti- 9' sample is corrupted and thus only R1 file is included as raw data.
