Branchiostoma belcheri (Bb) Sex determination

We sequenced the genomes of female and male Branchiostoma belcheri individuals and assembled two haplotype genomes respectively to obtain high-quality ZW sex chromosomes. The mechanism of sex determination of Branchiostoma belcheri was analyzed by transcriptome and epigenome.
