1) Benavides_Bustamante_2026_Figures.py and .ipynb (Jupyter notebook), which are the scripts used to make Figures 1-7 in Benavides & Bustamante "Phase dynamics and their role determining energy flux in hydrodynamic shell models" (2026). Script bunch_err.py is a script used to calculate the standard error.2) 'run_data' directory, which includes the full data set for all of the runs used in our study. One thing that is not included are the very long time-series of the triad phase and 'noise' term (see paper). This data was too large and is included in post-processed form in 'data_*.npy'.3) 'data_*.npy'. As mentioned in point 2), this is post-processed time-series data used in Figure 1 of the paper.4) 'model.py', the shell model script used in the simulations. However, it is better to use the resources at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15800546 for learning how to run the model.
