资源简介:
To investigate the effect of sodium alginate on adipocyte differentiation, we isolated the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from wild-type C57BL/6J mice and subjected it to whitening treatment. During the induction of differentiation, sodium alginate reagent at concentrations of 0 µM, 50 µM, and 100 µM was added to the experimental groups, respectively. On the sixth day of culture, cells from both the experimental and control groups were collected for transcriptome analysis. Overall design: SVF cells were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6J mice and cultured in vitro until they reached contact inhibition. For white adipogenesis induction, a medium containing insulin (1µg/ml), dexamethasone (1µM), and isobutylmethylxanthine (0.5mM) was used. After 48 hours, the medium was replaced with one containing only insulin to maintain adipocyte differentiation. Throughout the 6-day induction period, sodium alginate was continuously supplemented at concentrations of 0,50,or100µM. Following differentiation, samples were collected for RNA extraction and transcriptome sequencing.
