Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) Transcriptome or Gene expression

This study investigates the transcriptional response of Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) to tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic that targets bacterial ribosomes. RNA-seq was performed on wild-type BL21(DE3) cells grown in the absence or presence of tobramycin, with three biological replicates per condition. The aim of this study is to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with aminoglycoside stress response, and to contribute to a broader understanding of how bacterial cells adapt to antibiotic exposure.
