This is the experimental data involving band excitation piezoresponse spectroscopy (BEPS) of lead titanate (PTO) samples. This data was acquired using band excitation piezoresponse force microscopy (BE-PFM). We use this data on curiosity driven algorithms to explore structure-spectral relationships using scanning probe microscopy.
