QIIME input files

QIIME2 combined files for the 35 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing datasets included in the Plastisphere metaanalysis. These can be used to either re-run the analyses performed or to add additional studies to. Full details on the use of these files and what they contain is at: https://github.com/R-Wright-1/Plastisphere-MetaAnalysis Note that these only include the output from Deblur and not the initial reads files for each study. These can be provided upon request but weren't added due to their large file sizes.
