Gene expression analysis in GATA4fl/flVillin cre+/cre- jejunum

Whole genome transcriptional profiling was performed on conventional and germ free GATA4fl/flVillin cre+ and cre- littermate control mice to determine the role of GATA4 and the microbiota in mediating gene expression changes in the intestine. Total RNA was extracted from the jejunum of SPF/GF GATA4fl/flVillin cre+ and cre- littermate control mice and whole genome transcriptional profiling was performed using Illumina MouseRef-8v2 arrays.
