Microsatellite genotyping of Herbertia zebrina

Little information is available about the endangered Herbertia zebrina (Iridaceae) endemic to the grasslands of Southern Brazil. In this study we explore genetic diversity and structure patterns of this species and how it was affected by habitat fragmentation. Here we deposit all short read data produced in the study.
