University of Alberta Libraries Ithaka Survey - Survey Data

This set contains survey data from the Ithaka survey that was launched on December 22, 2014, and was closed to new responses on January 31, 2015. The data contains a total of 551 complete responses. The questionnaire addressed: how faculty members discover materials for research; their data preservation and management behaviors and needs; their digital research activities and methodologies; faculty members’ use of varying types of formats; their practices and attitudes regarding undergraduate students’ research skills; and the role of the library in supporting faculty members’ needs.
