Fecal virome-bacteriome analysis of the diarrhea-affected cattle. cow dung metagenome

This study comprehensively identified the composition of the virome and bacteriome in the feces of cattle with diarrhea under different environmental and host conditions, and the synergistic pathogenic characteristics of the virome and bacteriome, revealing new disease-related factors of bovine diarrhea, and providing basic data for the correlation between the cattle gut microbiome and diarrhea, as well as the epidemiological investigation and genetic evolution of bovine enteric viruses.
