Videos for honey bee lifetime tracking data 2019

Videos associated with barcode-based tracking of honeybees during summer of 2019, taken in an observation hive located at University of Konstanz, Germany.<br><br>

The observation hive was filmed using 4 cameras, with two on each side (see Cameras-ObserationHive-Diagram.png). Original videos were taken at resolution of 3296x3008 for each camera. Saved in this repository are downsampled versions of the original videos, downsampled to 1648x1504 with 25Mbps bitrate.<br><br>

File naming is denoted sequentially (e.g. start00 denotes the first recording), with the start date specific in the filename using the convention YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS. For the 4 cameras, the filename denotes the side of the observation hive, and whether the video is for the top or bottom camera (see Cameras-ObserationHive-Diagram.png). Video recordings were originally taken at 3fps, but here the videos are sped up to 25fps for playback (i.e. 8.333 times actual speed)..<br><br>
