Integrated fitness reveals how sociality copes with climate fluctuations: Insights from a Tibetan bird
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data and R analysis scripts for the study of how cooperative sociality mediates the effects of climate variability on individual fitness in a long-term (2005–2019) individually marked population of ground tits (Pseudopodoces humilis) in Damxung County, Tibet, China (30.28°N, 91.05°E; ~4280 m elevation). Data (`Data/`): Individual- and nest-level demographic records (brood size, juvenile survival, adult survival, recruits, and composite fitness index ξ), daily meteorological data (temperature and precipitation, 2004–2019), long-term monthly climate records (1960–2021), and processed/merged datasets for modeling. Scripts (`Scripts/`): R scripts reproducing all analyses, including stochasticity decomposition, sliding climate window analysis (climwin), Bayesian bivariate MCMCglmm models, and prediction plots (Figures 1–7). Run scripts in the numbered order described in the README. Requirements: R with packages `MCMCglmm`, `climwin`, `lme4`, `lmerTest`, `dplyr`, `tidyr`, `ggplot2`, `patchwork`, `MASS`, `readxl`, `plyr`.
