Experimental Data: Magnetic Field Platform for Experiments on Well-Mixed and Spatially-Structured Microbial Populations

Data for experimental results obtained from TBR1 and TBR5 yeast mat experiments and planktonic yeast liquid culture experiments. Data that was used to generate the figures are included in excel sheets in the corresponding folder for each figure. Each figure can be generated by running the m file (in MATLAB) while having all the data files (corresponding to each figure) downloaded into the same folder. Follow the instructions in the readme file labelled "Instructions to run the COMSOL simulation.txt" in case the COMSOL simulations does not run directly as they are.
