Datafiles for paper Density stratification and buoyancy evolution in pyroclastic density currents

This dataset includes data collected during laboratory experiments and complementary numerical simulations. Data from the laboratory experiments includes Excel file with particle concentration and particle size distribution data as collected by gravity fed siphons, as well MATLAB files containing raw velocity and associated timeseries data collected by Profiling Acoustic Doppler Velocimeters and Acoustic Doppler Profilers. Data from the simulations includes MATLAB files containing raw velocity, particle concentration, and fluid density data.
