This dataset presents the top 1000 mutation constellations in the SARS-CoV-2 Spike gene, along with the entire sample results of mutation constellations identified from over 2.2 million high-quality, full-length genome sequences. Dominant patterns include combinations such as D614G, A222V+D614G, and D614G+P681H, reflecting key evolutionary trajectories across variants of concern. The data highlights recurrent co-occurring mutations linked to increased transmissibility and immune evasion, providing a resource for tracking viral evolution and informing public health responses.
