Reasons to choose plant-based food alternatives in India 2024

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in February 2024, more than 48 percent of respondents in India said they had consumed plant-based food products due to their concerns regarding animal welfare in food production. Furthermore, about 46 percent did so to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
