Metagenome-Assembled Genomes from soil aggregates of different sizes
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains 152 Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) recovered from soil aggregates of different sizes, collected from agricultural soils under two contrasting management practices. Soil was fractionated into four aggregate size classes, ranging from 8 mm to less than 53 μm, and shotgun metagenomic sequencing was performed to investigate microbial community composition and functional potential across these physically distinct microhabitats. The dataset includes genome files (.fasta) and a summary table (“Quality Metrics”) reporting genome statistics, including completeness (>50%), contamination (<10%), heterogeneity, genome size, GC content, and taxonomic classification. All MAGs meet medium- or high-quality standards according to the MIMAG guidelines.
