Expression data from LINC00958-depleted primary human keratinocytes

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as important regulators of biological processes and diseases, the function of the majority of epidermal lncRNAs in skin homeostasis and their potential role in psoriasis has remained unknown. We report the identification of lncRNAs with altered expression in psoriasis keratinocytes and identify LINC00958 is overexpressed in psoriasis epidermis. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression upon LINC00958 depletion in keratinocytes Human primary keratinocytes were transfected with siLINC00958 or siControl (n=4) for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We performed transcriptomic analysis to dectect differentially expressed genes on siLINC00958 vs siControl.
