三个剂量PPD和EC诱导迟发型超敏反应的时间以及反应大小研究
选取不同浓度的结核分枝杆菌强毒株（CMCC 95052），分别致敏豚鼠。按致敏剂量，豚鼠分成4个组。在致敏后第3、4、5周，进行PPD和EC皮试试验。在注射后24 h和48 h后测量反应大小，以硬结或红晕平均大小（纵径加横径除以2）≥ 5 mm判定为阳性，＜ 5 mm为阴性。通过比较PPD和EC的皮试反应大小，分析致敏剂量、皮试剂量和观察时间对皮试试剂的敏感性影响。
