The goal of this study is to analyze genes affected by the wuho mutation in the Drosophila Intestine. mRNA prolife of the gut from 7 day old control flies and flies bearing the wuho mutation, in duplicate, using Illumina NextSeq 500. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level using Burrows Wheeler Aligner, followed by ANOVA and TopHat, followed by Cufflinks.
