Level of Market user satisfaction in Kabarnet town

This study examines customer satisfaction with solid waste management services at Kabarnet Municipal Market, focusing on how increasing urbanization and waste generation affect environmental sustainability and public health. It highlights issues such as inadequate waste collection, poor infrastructure, and resulting dissatisfaction among vendors and shoppers, as well as risks like soil and water contamination. Using a quantitative survey with questionnaires and a randomly selected sample of 32 respondents, the study assesses service frequency, infrastructure adequacy, and economic challenges faced by market users. The findings aim to inform local authorities and policymakers on improving waste management practices, enhancing service delivery, and increasing customer satisfaction in urban markets.
