Cobre Connectomesh

Cobre Connectomes in three different flavors: * as gzipped pickles (python) * as .mat files (matlab) * as .npy save files (npy) There is one file per connectome that contains the 2D connectome with subjects stacked in the 3rd dimension. Cobre脑连接组（Cobre Connectomes）共提供三种存储格式：
* gzip压缩的Pickle格式文件（适配Python）
* .mat格式文件（适配MATLAB）
* .npy格式存储文件（适配NumPy）
