Cellular transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) [Individual measurements]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 3 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1) were cocultured in 6.5 mm Transwell® with 0.4 µm Pore Polyester Membrane Insert to mimick the intestinal environment in order to assess the potential anti-inflammatory effects of several chemical compounds. Transepithelial electrical resistance was measured in using chopstick electrodes (STX-2) connected to an EVOM Epithelial Voltohmmeter (World Precision Instruments, Berlin, Germany). Values are expressed either in Ω.cm2 or as a percentage to control. This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
