Gene dependency data from DepMap Public 25Q2. Cell lines with more than 50 NaN values for Genes were eliminated. The remaining NaN values were filled with the median gene dependcy values across all cell lines for the specific gene. Cell line information was concatenated. Data download and processing was performed using duckdb and pandas.
