资源简介:
Dominant-negative form of CXCR4 or RET were injected into the cardiac neural crest. After cardiac neural crest migration (Embryonic day 7), cells in the heart and the enteric nervous system were quantified to assess the effect of CXCR4 or RET signaling on cell migration. Number of cells in the heart and gut was normalized to cell number in the pharyngeal region to account for viral titer variation.
