BTOBT dataset

All data for this study were acquired and curated from public databases. RNA-seq data were acquired from the TCGC portal. Gene expression profiles induced by perturbed genes from the L1000 dataset were obtained from GEO. Phosphoproteome and proteome data were sourced from CPTAC. All datasets generated and utilized for this study are comprehensively documented within the manuscript and Supplementary Files.
