资源简介:
The antisynthetase syndrome (AS) is an autoimmune inflammatory myopathy, in the most severe cases interstitial lung disease occurs. Lymphocytosis with a predominance of CD8 + T cells has been found in bronchoalveolar lavage of these patients; these are associated with the expression of anti Jo1 autoantibodies, although CD68 + T cells and macrophages also predominate. The immunological mechanism in the lung of patients with AS has not yet been fully described, recently there has been an interest in characterizing the microorganisms that reside in the lung due to their participation in the immunological and inflammatory process that has been observed in other diseases, such as sarcoidosis or well, if these influence the autoantibody profile that the patient presents.
