Ring Oscillator Measurements for Continuous Monitoring of Propagation Delay

This dataset contains measurements performed with ring oscillator sensors on FPGA-based electronic devices that operate as part of the low-level RF system in the European XFEL particle accelerator. The studied devices are Xilinx Virtex-6 XC6VLX130T FPGAs with speed grade -2. Measurements were performed between January and October of 2024, while the machine was in operation.FormatFiles are in parquet format.
