A total of 3,000 models were generated using ColabFold with a shallow MSA setting of 8:16. Sparse NOE data, in combination with pTM and average pLDDT scores, was used to guide model selection. Two conformational states—“open” (state 1) and “closed” (state 2)—were identified using a modified AF-NMR scoring protocol in which the SCC was set to 1 for all models.
