Comprehensive whole-genome analysis of human papillomavirus and human cervical samples

This project aims to characterize the genomic features of both the virus and the host by analyzing longitudinal cervical samples from human papillomavirus (HPV)-positive patients. The project focuses on the distribution of various HPV genotypes in Korea and their role in the maintenance and advancement of cervical lesions. These findings will enhance our understanding of viral-host genomic interactions and their clinical significance in disease management.
