Gene expression and chromatin accessibility profiles at the single-nucleus level of the antennae of Harpegnathos saltator

We performed multiome sequencing of the antennae of Harpegnathos saltator to identify potential regulatory element controlling the expression of odorant receptor genes. Overall design: Nuclei were isolated from dissociated antennae and subjected to 10X multiome sequencing.
