The data is based on an online survey conducted at a worldwide scale. There are a total of 356 participants. There is a relatively balanced gender ratio where 204 (57.3%) of the respondents are females, and 152 (42.70%) are male. 139 (39.04%) of the survey participants work in the education sector as educators, academicians, lab teachers, course coordinators. The rest of the participants belong to different occupations. The point of the survey is to identify the factors that affect the decision-makers' basic leadership styles. These factors are characterized as Rationality, Intuitive Awareness, Decision Freedom, Cautiousness, Pro-Activity, Emotion-Neutrality, Decision Difficulty, Comfortability, Goal-Orientation, Plan-Orientation. The information uncovers how these factors change with respect to socio-demograprahic differences such as gender, age, education, location, and occupational sector.
