Self-Audit of the DT120-GAD-Panorama Warrant Seal (pre-readout)

On 26 June 2026 a warrant assessment of the sponsor's decision to advance DT120 into a Phase 3 GAD trial (Panorama, NCT06809595) was sealed and published (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20941431). Its purpose was to fix a judgement in place, with a date, before the trial outcome was known. On 14 July 2026 the same assessment method was run on itself, on the procedure rather than the drug decision. This document lists four defects found in how the sealed run was produced: the trial outcome was present in the input, the evidence dossier was assembled as an argument rather than neutral evidence, part of the internal score rested on post-cut-off information, and the run had no independent judge. The document is published before the Panorama readout. It does not revise the 26 June seal, which remains frozen as published. A defect disclosed before the outcome is a finding; the same defect disclosed after is an excuse, and the date on the file is what distinguishes them.
