Data collected as part of the D2Smell project. The data includes the following fields<br>Collection method: Sample in glass vial<br>Collection volume: 2 ml<br>Sampling method: static_headspace<br>Notes: Ginger root was stored in a refrigerator. Immediately after cutting, a portion was placed in a glass vial and left at room temperature (~25 °C) for 5 minutes prior to sampling.
The trap heating rate was set to maximum.
