Target Finder - Data for: Avenues to the financial viability of microbial electrolysis cells [MEC] for domestic wastewater treatment and hydrogen production

This dataset was used to conduct the financial analysis of a microbial electrolysis cell for the treatment of domestic wastewater. Comparisons are made to activated sludge. The financial model was written in VBA code. The methods for this are described in the main manuscript. References for source data are listed in the spreadsheet labelled 'References'. Researchers in this field may analyse their own data so long as any credit is given to the original dataset in any published work, however we take no responsibility for any changes made to the original dataset or model (please read the license). Data should be inputted into the spreadsheet labelled 'MEC input data'. The model can be run by pressing the button labelled 'Run Target Finder' in the spreadsheet 'Target Finder'.
