The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was selected for amplification with primers pairs 341F (CCTACGGGAGGCAGCAG) and 806R (GGACTACHVGGGTWTCTAAT). Subsequently, the mixture was sequenced on the Illumina Nova 6000 platform (Magigene, Guangdong, China). After filtering the adaptor sequences and removing low-quality reads, ambiguous nucleotides, and barcodes. The generated high-quality sequences were used to pick operational taxonomic units (OTUs) at a similarity of 97% using UPARSE (Edgar, 2013)
