Data and code for "Planned or grown? Modelling the spatial grammar of the Shanglinhu Yue kiln complex with anisotropic Gaussian surfaces and persistent homology"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Planned or grown? Modelling the spatial grammar of the Shanglinhu Yue kiln complex with anisotropic Gaussian surfaces and persistent homology", submitted to the Journal of Archaeological Science. It contains the complete data and code needed to reproduce every reported result: (1) a dated, graded geodatabase of 201 kiln-site records (170 georeferenced) from the Shanglinhu four-lake Yue kiln system (Cixi, Zhejiang, China), with per-site coordinates (UTM 51N), grade and confidence weights; (2) the 65 digitised features of the excavated Housi'ao workshop plan; (3) the modern Shanglinhu water-surface sample points used as the orientation and distance datum; (4) all analysis outputs, including bootstrap uncertainty, leave-one-out cross-validation, persistent-homology results, and the round-2 sensitivity analyses (delete-31 resampling and shoreline ±100 m shift); and (5) Python scripts reproducing the sensitivity analyses and manuscript figures (RGB, ≥660 dpi). Basin-scale modelling uses a weighted anisotropic Gaussian surface (3DGSM) over easting, northing and elevation; workshop-scale analysis uses Vietoris–Rips persistent homology. Kiln-site coordinates are published at archaeological-site precision; underlying survey materials require permission of the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology.
