Genome-wide localization of the chromosomal protein DEK in mice

DEK is an abundant non-histone chromosomal protein, which is involved in various cellular processes, including RNA splicing, DNA repair, and transcription. In this project, we analyzed the genome-wide localization of endogenous DEK protein in mouse embryonic neural progenitor cells to understand the function of DEK in chromatin regulation.
