Liver high-hACE2 micesubjected to SARS-CoV-2-Spike-mRNA administration via tail vein injection

AAV9-hACE2 constructs expression hACE2 were injected into the tail veins of 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice to allow hACE2 expression mainly in the liver. Three days later, these hACE2 expression mice were i.v. administrated with a single dose of SARS-CoV-2-Spike-mRNA-Lipid nanoparticle. PBS solution was used as negative control. Mice livers were sampled for RNA-seq.
