The computer program allows to calculate the electron-energy-loss spectrum of an arbitrary plane-stratified medium for low-energy electrons specularly reflected at the surface of the target. A dielectric approximation is used to characterize the response of the target material to the long-ranged coulomb field of the impinging electrons.
