For each DraI restriction profile of the mtDNA tRNALeu-cox2 amplified fragment (P0Q, P0QQ, P1QQ, P1QQQ, PQ, PQQ and Q length), corresponding evolutionary lineages (A, M, C) are detailed. Nμsat: number of successfully genotyped workers; NA tRNALeu-cox2: number of individuals with tRNALeu-cox2region missing data, Nall: mean number of alleles; Hobs: observed heterozygosity; and Anull: mean null allele frequency.
