Muscle satellite cell (MuSCs)-specific Sirt7 knockout (KO) mice display impaired muscle regeneration after injury. To evaluate the effect of SIRT7 deficiency on the early stages of muscle regeneration in vivo, we performed RNA-seq analysis for tibialis anterior (TA) muscle of control and MuSCs-specific Sirt7 KO mice at the early stages of myogenesis, day 3 post injury. RNA-seq data for TA muscle from 7-week-old WT; Pax7-CreERT2 (Control) and Sirt7fl/fl; Pax7-CreERT2 (Sirt7 scKO) mice at day 3 post injury by BaCl2.
